How long does shipping take for large-screen projectors and TVs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like 85-inch displays or fixed-frame screens, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery, which may take up to 10 business days.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to opened electronic items.
Are the products sold on your site brand new?
Yes, Cinematic Collection only sells brand-new, factory-sealed products from authorized manufacturers. We do not sell refurbished or 'open box' items unless explicitly stated in a clearance section.
